I'm Brandon Carlos. I've been building and running customer-facing teams at tech companies for over eighteen years. I've been on the founding team of two startups and had three successful exits — two acquisitions and one IPO. As a CCO and COO, I consider myself a cost-operator, not a grow-at-all-costs one.
